Even though they are three inches lower than last year's models, head room
has been increased. Wheelbase is three inches longer to accommodate the
larger bodies. Models available in the Monterey series are the 4-door
sedan, the 2-door sedan, Phaeton Coupe (2-door hardtop), Phaeton Sedan
(4-door hardtop) and the Convertible Phaeton. A 255-horsepower V-8 is
standard, and a 290-horsepower V-8 is optional. |
