Nylon-rayon Bethaney cloth, with a three-tone effect is standard for seat inserts on sedans and station wagons. Bolsters are of fine-textured vinyl. Mercury Comet Custom sedans offer pleated Jewelsheen cloth seat inserts with fine-textured crush-grain vinyl bolsters or all-vinyl upholstery. Custom wagon and S-22 upholstery is all-vinyl.
