The 1964 Annual Report was prepared for the Annual Stockholder's meeting, held on Thursday, May 21, 1964 at the Henry and Edsel Ford Auditorium. Mustang had been in production for over two months; it was not included in the Report as the first year-Mustang was a 1965 model.
