From the 1961 Lincoln
Continental brochure:
"In solidity, in roominess, in
the many new features it offers for your comfort, this fine car has no
peer. Because the top is stored completely within the rear deck, the rear
seat extends the full width of the interior. This gives rear seat
passengers up to seven inches more room." |
