Ingredients:
- 4 eggs, separated
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups milk
- 4 tablespoons butter,
melted
- 2 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons baking
powder
Directions:
1. Beat egg whites and
yolks separately.
2. Beat together egg yolks,
sugar, salt, milk, butter, flour, baking powder. Add whites last.
3. Pour out individual
flapjacks on a hot griddle.
Serve with melted butter
and hot maple syrup which has been boiled until thick.
Top with whipped cream.
