Ingredients
- 1 #2 1/2 can tomatoes
- 1 small onion, chopped fine
- 1 cup butter
- 1 1/4 cups dry bread cubes
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
Directions
1. Sauté onion in butter, using an iron frying pan.
2. Add bread cubes and sugar; cook slowly.
3. Stir in tomatoes and seasoning.
4. Place mixture in buttered shallow pan and bake 45 minutes in medium
oven.
