view of a vast pleasure boat marina, Puget Sound, and the Olympic
Mountains. Open daily for lunch and dinner until11:30 PM. Dancing and
entertainment in the Top Cabin Lounge until 2:00 AM every weekday; open
Sunday 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Closed Christmas Day. Reservations advisable.

Ingredients
- 8 ounces long, medium egg noodles
- 2 cups sour cream
- 2 cups cottage cheese
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- dash of Tabasco sauce
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Grated Parmesan cheese
Directions
1. Cook egg noodles in boiling, salted water for 10 minutes. Wash in
cold water.
2. Combine: sour cream, cottage cheese, minced garlic, Worcestershire
sauce, dash of Tabasco sauce, chopped onion, butter, salt, and pepper.
3. Combine sour cream mixture with noodles and pour into a greased
casserole. Bake 45 minutes in a 350-degree oven.
4. Serve with grated Parmesan cheese. Makes 8 portions. |
