This Seattle, Washington restaurant offers the best in Northwest sea foods as well as a panoramic view of a vast pleasure boat marina, Puget Sound, and the Olympic Mountains. Open daily for lunch and dinner until11:30 PM. Dancing and entertainment in the Top Cabin Lounge until 2:00 AM every weekday; open Sunday 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Closed Christmas Day. Reservations advisable. From either Highway 99 or the Freeway, take 85th Street to the Sound and the restaurant is at 7001 Seaview Avenue, NW.


   Noodles Au Tim


Ingredients
  • 8 ounces long, medium egg noodles
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 2 cups cottage cheese
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • dash of Tabasco sauce
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

1. Cook egg noodles in boiling, salted water for 10 minutes. Wash in cold water.

2. Combine: sour cream, cottage cheese, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, dash of Tabasco sauce, chopped onion, butter, salt, and pepper.

3. Combine sour cream mixture with noodles and pour into a greased casserole. Bake 45 minutes in a 350-degree oven.

4. Serve with grated Parmesan cheese. Makes 8 portions.
