Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups sifted flour
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 cups milk
Directions
1. Beat eggs until frothy; add flour sifted with salt and 1 cup of
milk.
2. Beat mixture well, then add remaining milk and beat again until
smooth.
3. Chill batter in the refrigerator.
4. Grease iron muffin pan with unsalted vegetable fat and heat to
sizzling point.
5. Pour in batter and bake 15 minutes in a 450 degree oven; then 20
minutes at 350 degrees.
