"All you can eat" is the boast of Manager Ed Hyde as he describes this hotel's bountiful family-style meals. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are served throughout the week except on Sundays. Overnight accommodations and recreation facilities are available.


  Raw Cranberry Sauce


Ingredients
  • 1 quart cranberries
  • 2 Delicious apples
  • 1/2 orange peel
  • 2 large oranges
  • 2 cups sugar

Directions

1. Put cranberries, apples, and orange peel through food chopper.

2. Cut oranges in small sections with scissors and add sugar.

3. Stir mixture well and set in refrigerator. It will keep for several days.

4. At the Purefoy it is served as a sauce; or congealed as a salad with 2 cups of pecans added; or as a dessert in little parfait glasses.

5. Halve this recipe for small families.
