• 3 heads lettuce
• 6 hard-boiled eggs
• 3 stalks celery
• 1 medium-size onion
• 1/2 cup mayonnaise
• 1 tablespoon lemon juice
• coarse-ground pepper and salt to taste

Directions

1. Shred lettuce and chop hard-boiled eggs, celery, and onion.

2. Combine ingredients and mix thoroughly.

3. This recipe makes a generous and nourishing serving for 8 to 10 persons.
