The charming warmth of this restaurant's English Room, patterned after a small Devonshire inn, is a striking contrast to its gay Guatemala Garden, which achieves a tropical effect with a lush indoor garden.   Spinach Loaf with Horseradish Sauce

• 1 quart spinach, cooked
• 1 cup cream sauce
• 1 cup bread crumbs
• 3 eggs, separated
• 2 teaspoons chopped onion
• 1 tablespoon butter, melted
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/8 teaspoon pepper

Directions

1. Chop spinach. Mix in other ingredients, folding in beaten egg whites last.

2. Place in pan of hot water and bake in a 350 degree oven for 45 minutes.

Horseradish Sauce

1. Fold 1/4 cup drained horseradish into 1/2 pint cream, whipped and sweetened. Add dash of salt.

Excellent for a main course or a vegetable dish.
