Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon sour pickles
- 1 tablespoon dill pickles
- 1 tablespoon parsley
- 1 tablespoon green olives
- 1 tablespoon chives
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
Directions
1. Chop pickles, parsley, olives, and chives into fine pieces. Drain or
even wring these ingredients in a clean cloth to prevent mixture from
curdling due to excess vinegar.
2. Combine with mayonnaise, preferably home-made with an olive oil
base.
3. Serve with your favorite fish.
