This is a "must stop" for a sea-food lover, for the menu is limited exclusively to fish and shellfish. Open from noon to 9:00PM every day except Monday. Reservations advisable on week ends. Closed Christmas Day through New Year's Day.


  Tartar Sauce


Ingredients
  • 1 tablespoon sour pickles
  • 1 tablespoon dill pickles
  • 1 tablespoon parsley
  • 1 tablespoon green olives
  • 1 tablespoon chives
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise

Directions

1. Chop pickles, parsley, olives, and chives into fine pieces. Drain or even wring these ingredients in a clean cloth to prevent mixture from curdling due to excess vinegar.

2. Combine with mayonnaise, preferably home-made with an olive oil base.

3. Serve with your favorite fish.
