Ingredients
- 1 can tuna fish
- 1 pound noodles
- 1 small onion, sliced thin
- 1 can mushroom soup
- pepper to taste
- pinch of thyme
- 1 small package potato chips, crushed
Directions
1. Cook noodles in boiling, salted water.
2. Sauté onion in butter until a light brown.
3. Place half of the noodles in casserole, and spread with a layer of
onions, tuna fish, and mushroom soup.
4. Top with remainder of noodles, sprinkle with pepper and thyme and
cover with chips.
5. Bake in 325 degree oven about 30 minutes until thick and brown.
