The Walpole Inn

  Walpole Woodchuck Relish


Ingredients
  • 1 medium cabbage, shredded
  • 2 green peppers, cut julienne
  • 2 sour pickles
  • 2-ounce can pimientos
  • celery seed
  • garlic powder
  • olive oil
  • vinegar
  • pepper
  • salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon sugar

Directions

1. Combine vegetables.

2. Add celery seed, garlic, powder, olive oil, vinegar, pepper, and salt to taste.

3. Sprinkle sugar over relish. Delicious with meat.
